Guest Ratings & Reviews
I have to say, this hotel seriously has some pros and cons. The location is amazing, close to all the restaurants you could want, plus those 3 free bus lines make getting around a breeze. However, I did have some issues with the dining options, and the fact that there were additional costs for certain facilities was a bit of a downer.
The hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to the city area with free bus services and close proximity to a recommended cafe. The rooms offer cozy king beds and well-equipped kitchens, ensuring a comfortable stay overall. However, the absence of a dining area serving a homemade soup might be a minor downside. The value for money is notable given the convenient location and room amenities.
The hotel offers rooms with a nice fully equipped kitchen and great soundproofing. The facilities are good, but there are minor issues with value for money. The service at the reception desk is attentive and helpful, coming with great facilities, and being close to public transport and Elizabeth Quay. The dining features Dim Sum, with a few drawbacks in terms of dining experience.
